Management and safe use of electrical equipment - timely rescue in case of electric shock (4)

it is very important for operators to timely rescue in case of electric shock. Because people do not necessarily die immediately after being electrocuted, they tend to be in a "fake death" state. If on-site rescue is timely and appropriate, people in a "fake death" state can often be saved. According to relevant data, 90% of the patients who started treatment 1 minute after electric shock had good results; Patients who started treatment 6 minutes after electric shock also had 10% good results; Those who start treatment 12 minutes after electric shock are generally less likely to survive. Although this data is not completely accurate, it shows the importance of rescue time. Therefore, the first aid for electric shock should be done against the clock, and it is not allowed to wait for the medical personnel to come for rescue. In order to achieve timely rescue, in addition to the necessary education on the safe use of electricity in the waste plastic recycling plant, necessary first-aid training on electric shock should also be carried out, which should not exceed the maximum bearing capacity of the key curve tester test equipment, so that once someone gets an electric shock, he can be treated quickly and timely to reduce unnecessary casualties. The basic methods for electric shock rescue are as follows:

1. release the power supply. In case of electric shock, first of all, disconnect the person from the power supply as soon as possible. If the knife switch or pin of the power supply is nearby, the knife switch can be quickly opened or the pin can be pulled out. In the case of electric light pull switch, the knife switch should also be opened after the switch is pulled out. Because the pull switch only controls the single line, and it controls the phase line, it is not safe whether the power supply is cut off after the switch is pulled out. If the knife switch or pin is far away from the place of electric shock, the power line shall be quickly removed or cut off with well insulated electrician pliers or dry sticks and sharp tools (such as knives, axes, shovels, etc.). The removed or cut off power line shall be treated safely to prevent electric shock. If there is no suitable insulator available at the site, and the clothes of the people who are planning the China (Ningbo) international new materials technology and industry exhibition organized by the electric shock organization are dry, under the condition that the ambulance personnel wear shoes for insulation, one hand wrapped with dry clothes can be used to pull the clothes of the people who are shocked from the power supply; If the clothes of the person who gets an electric shock are wet and the rescuer does not wear shoes or wet shoes, this method should not be used for rescue. The above rescue is only applicable to the rescue under the condition of low-voltage electric shock. In case of high-voltage electric shock, the relevant departments should be notified to pull off the high-voltage switch in time

2. symptomatic treatment. When the person who gets an electric shock is disconnected from the power supply, first, treat the patient according to the specific conditions and second, call the medical department for help. If the person who gets an electric shock does not have serious injury, is still conscious, but is a little flustered, his limbs numb, and his whole body is weak, or although he is generally unconscious, he has not lost consciousness. In this case, as long as the person who gets an electric shock has a quiet rest on the spot for 1~2 hours and is carefully observed. If the person who gets an electric shock has serious injury, is statistically unconscious and breathless, but has a beating heart, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration should be used for rescue; If there is breathing but the heart stops beating, artificial external chest compression should be used for rescue. If the injury of the person who gets an electric shock is very serious and the heartbeat and respiration have stopped, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and artificial chest external compression should be carried out at the same time; If there is only one rescue person on site, the two methods can be used alternately; First, perform mouth-to-mouth air blowing for 2 times, and then perform cardiac compression for 15 times. This cycle is continuous. Note: during squeezing, the positioning shall be accurate and the force shall be appropriate. Do not use excessive force to prevent squeezing out the food in the stomach, blocking the trachea, affecting breathing, or causing rib fracture, blood chest and visceral damage. However, the force should not be too small to achieve the squeezing effect

when rescuing an electrocuted person whose heartbeat and respiration have stopped, it usually takes a long time and must be carried out patiently. Only when the electrocuted person's face turns better, his lips are flushed, and his heartbeat and respiration gradually return to normal, can he pause for a few seconds for observation. If the electrocuted person cannot maintain normal heartbeat and breathing, the rescue must continue

first aid for electric shock should be carried out locally. Only when conditions do not permit, the person who has an electric shock can be carried to a reliable place for rescue. On the way to the hospital, the rescue work should also continue without stopping until the doctor declares that it can be stopped. Do not inject cardiotonic needle (epinephrine) easily during rescue. It can only be used when it is determined that the heart has stopped beating
