The removed or cut off power line shall be treated safely to prevent electric shock. When the person who gets an electric shock is disconnected from the power supply, first, treat the patient according to the specific conditions and second, call the medical department for help. If the person who gets an electric shock does not have serious injury, is still conscious, but is a little flustered, his limbs numb, and his whole body is weak, or although he is generally unconscious, he has not lost consciousness. In this case, as long as the person who gets an electric shock has a quiet rest on the spot for 1~2 hours and is carefully observed. If the person who gets an electric shock has serious injury, is statistically unconscious and breathless, but has a beating heart, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration should be used for rescue; If there is breathing but the heart stops beating, artificial external chest compression should be used for rescue. If the injury of the person who gets an electric shock is very serious and the heartbeat and respiration have stopped, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and artificial chest external compression should be carried out at the same time; If there is only one rescue person on site, the two methods can be used alternately; First, perform mouth-to-mouth air blowing for 2 times, and then perform cardiac compression for 15 times. This cycle is continuous. Note: during squeezing, the positioning shall be accurate and the force shall be appropriate. Do not use excessive force to prevent squeezing out the food in the stomach, blocking the trachea, affecting breathing, or causing rib fracture, blood chest and visceral damage.
